Underworld is an electronic music band from England formed in Essex in 1986, by the duo Karl Hyde and Rick Smith, together since 1980. The band is perhaps best known for the theme "Born Slippy", a popular track made in 1996 for the British film "Trainspotting".
This theme was originally released only as a B-side track of a single, and it was not even released on the album "Second Toughest In The Infants".
"Born Slippy" is one of the most popular themes of the Underworld, and it's also considered one of the best themes of the decade. Originally launched in 1995, yet without much success until the music being included in the film "Trainspotting", yet re-edited ("Born Slippy. NUXX"). Since then the song has had quite a few compilations and remixes!
